The Tianjin Capacity Enhancement Coordination Project of the 703rd Institute is situated at the Tianjin New Generation Launch Vehicle Industrialization Base. The construction period is scheduled from November 30,2022, to December 31,2023. This building features a reinforced concrete frame structure with additional steel components, covering a total area of 29,525 square meters and occupying 21,901 square meters. The building stands at a maximum height of 16.95 meters, with a roof area of approximately 22,000 square meters. The roof system consists of: 1),1.5mm thick polyester reinforced TPO (model P) waterproof membrane, mechanically fixed without perforations; 2) a 10mm thick fireproof board protective layer; 3) a 75mm thick extruded polystyrene board; and 4),1.2mm a thick self-adhesive asphalt vapor barrier (aluminum foil surface). The TPO waterproof material used in this project is the Beixin brand, ensuring it meets the highest standards for quality, technology, and performance.
