Five ways into the federation
Full member
National trade organisations of the roofing craft with full voting rights in the General Assembly.
Guest member
National trade organisations that join at a reduced fee and decide within two years whether to become a full member from the third year. Regional associations are also possible where no comprehensive national organisation exists.
Partner member
Companies in the roofing sector that support the work of the IFD and contribute to drafting recommendations.
Cooperation partner
Organisations in related fields that work with the IFD on a lasting basis.
Scientific member
Universities and research institutions contributing to the technical development of the roofing craft.

Process
From interest to membership

Get informed
Read the brochure and information on partner membership. The General Secretariat is happy to advise.
02
Complete the application
Fill in and sign the membership application. With it, the organisation undertakes to observe the IFD statutes.
03
Admission
The application is sent to the General Secretariat and considered by the responsible bodies.
