Projekt Beschreibung
The project, a major national strategic initiative signed in April 2023 under the witness of the heads of state of China and France, marks another significant milestone in Sino-European high-tech industry cooperation. It has significantly advanced high-tech collaboration between China and Europe in the aviation sector. Groundbreaking took place in September 2023, and the roof waterproofing and insulation work for the No.222 delivery center was completed by April 2025. The building is a reinforced concrete frame structure with steel additions, covering an area of 3175.91㎡ and a total construction area of 9428.1㎡. It features two floors above ground, with a building height of 12.77m. The hall roof covers an area of approximately 3300㎡, and the roof system consists of metal profiled sheets, vapor barriers, rock wool insulation layers, and TPO waterproof membranes. Notably, the TPO waterproof materials used in this project are exclusively supplied by Beixin Waterproofing. All roof products and accessories must pass FM certification to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, technology, and performance.

This design effectively secures the TPO membrane, resisting wind loads, temperature changes, and other external forces, thus extending the lifespan of the sealing area.
